Having several issues with compromised data on windows (11) but there hasn't been a problem to be found. Suddenly I needed to download whole games again or they simply didn't start out of the blue.

So I did multiple screenings about #adhd and #autism , they all went like "yes" or "maybe yes" so I genuinely feel that #AuDHD might be an "issue" for me. Ever since I've started listening to "The Neurodivergent Experience" podcast, I'm 100% sure I'm #neurodivergent and I'm about to discover which nuances I am. #EDA is one thing I didn't even know about existing and also #misophonia

I'm awake and unable to "sit still", which doesn't mean I need to be bodily active but active with anything, like thinking when playing games or watching a mystery or the like.
So as soon as I start to get tired, I need to get to bed or I'll pass the point and come into the active part again.

If I'm away for too long (few seconds are enough) they might ask where I've been. Even if they don't, the thought of the possibility is enough to nullify the isolation.
I've been with a "psychotherapist" but he wasn't for ND people, his suggestions made sense but do not work for me. Due to circumstances I should look for a specialist for ND, autistic and ADHD people. But that's gonna take so much energy, which I obviously need for work. Gna

I could never do that, simply because our law will forbid it. And I would completely break if I did anything else "working" after work x.x

that's the "easier said than done" things. I'm trying to do exactly that, but my mind starts death/doom spiraling till the point where it becomes problematic.

@simon_brooke that's kinda what I'm trying too. When I'm able to just, shutting myself away from the world at home. I can come down and everything starts feeling less pressuring. Sadly I'm not having my own house, that would be much better x.x

I struggle at work, but almost everything is just in my head. Like they tell us what to do, but we can't but we have to, but the material is missing and so on and so forth (stopping me here or it'll make a novel). Till now, I always thought that the shaking I've got is just that. But now I kinda realised, it's a #meltdown . I'm having #meltdowns every fucking day and it disabled me already once.
