@RationalizedInsanity I remember when I worked at McDonalds in the mid-80s and early 90s, we measured our drive through service times (from the time the order was placed until the car left the window with their order) in seconds. Now, you have to invest 20-30 minutes to go through the drive through. And the quality rarely justifies that.
