|| Our ignorance and in-attendance amazes me. My grandfather (b.1896) worked in the logging industry from the 20's and was a vocal advocate for reforestation to the extent he refused to work for any corporation who wasn't doing so. So here we are over a century later still not doing enough to compensate for what we take. Sad. Peace

@akareilly || From an old guy who's had a number of the "childhood diseases", I lost several friends and a couple ended up crippled, Vaccinate Your Children. The danger of vaccines hurting them Is far far less than Measles or Mumps or Whooping Cough or . . . I've seen enough death and harm in my time and don't want to see more.

@nixCraft || In the 80's I had a BBS(Wildcat) running and I found a program written in basic called Assistant Sysop. It simply restated what the person typed in and gave it back. One young woman wrote me a really nasty message because I'd fooled her and she apparently told it all of her secretes, I gather one of her friends told her what it really was. Now if someone can be fooled . . . .

@benroyce @hexanol @randahl || I've often wondered how many people have an understanding of our voting system. In most states the actual votes are handled by our friends, family and neighbors of all sides of the isle. If someone really tried to stuff the ballots someone would make a noise about it even if the poling place was packed with soldiers. There are ways to do it but not at the poling level.
