I can't think of a more reproachful tone I have heard than the predatory lenderbot's voicemail asking why I haven't yet pressed 2 to finalize the line of credit offer.

It's too soon to say for sure but I believe I have a thriving skirret.

A little dune bloom

A sandy beach with blue grey rocks and a green, thick leafed plant with little flowers. The leaves look like a fern that is bloated and fleshy and prehistoric and I have no idea how it's managing to grow, but it's doing it well.

I live in a place where "rainbows" can aptly describe the weather.

Didn't get enough sleep so my lips are having a hard time keeping up with my brain. Spoonerisms dropping errywhere.

@CoastalCoasting both! I am going to garden it with the hope that come winter I will have something fresh and different to play with.

Made some really good desserts this week. I think my medium is the 4 ounce jelly jar.

I had the thought the other day that we should take a moment to appreciate our favorite color with the passionate intensity of a 6 year old.

Today is a good day for these Mexican agates. Still wet, just out of three weeks on grit 1.

A pile of cool rocks in the sunshine. Like, really cool rocks, in shades of white, grey, brown and red orange, with prominent stripes on almost all of them in similar shades.

I am here to champion stewed fruit today. Stewed fruit! When you just want a dish of pie filling!

Can I just devote a few decades to lupine?

Today's just out of grit 2, lest anyone suggest I am not still goofy excited about shiny rocks!

Three rocks in my hand. On the left is jasper, I think, in lurid yellow and red tones, the middle is a banded grey and white possibly agate, and then on the right is a rock of dark and light tones that I like for no apparent reason.

I have added purple petunias to the Ridiculous Water Feature and New House Saloon. They seem to be enjoying the experience.

Yesterday was a good day. I have planter boxes of herbs, edible flowers and the carrots are sprouting. Hummingbird feeder is up although they haven't found it yet. Sowed more wildflower seeds. The native hedge is showing spring growth. Now to decide if I want a strawberry planter.

I picked up some Mexican lace agates before the T started and got them started in grit 1 today. Travel while staying home.

I impulse painted a wall with sample paint I had around. I didn't buy anything new. I made jam. But one email from the accountant and I am ready to hide under the blankets again.

A hanging red hummingbird feeder back light by the sunset with a fabulous hilly treeline behind it. I mean, it's prime bird happy hour location, near a Ridiculous Water Feature

You know what would be great? A thrift store nursery. Broken or used plant containers, dormant or sad plants, cuttings, thinned starters, seeds that didn't work. Someone please do this within 20 miles of me.
