Are you going to @thotcon or
@bsides312? Come find me for some
@HardHatBrigade and Chicago-exclusive
@WiGLEnet stickers. I'll be wearing my DOOM hard hat, so you won't be able to miss me.

4 stickers sitting on a table. One is a meme definition of Wardriver, another is "As seen on Hacker Jeopardy," one is a WiGLE logo with the Chicago flag in the background, and the last is the Hard Hat Brigade logo sticker.

I did something today. I bought something for a reasonable price instead of just making it myself for 3x the cost, not even factoring in my time.

Seems that my BW16-Open-AT project was featured in the latest #hackerboxes!

@kamenrunner @CoD_Segfault My goal is a spring release for shipping. No in person sales at DEFCON. Started tooling up to put a bunch together, but was delayed for personal reasons.

@pejacoby @Jjza @WiGLEnet it's a moving target.

And after some quick maintenance on the Glowhawk, it’s ready for Hard Hat Brigade at #defcon. Now to find some googly eyes…

Glowing fiber optic mohawk mounted on a bright green Hard hat. The fiber tips glow faintly green.

There are 58 days until @defcon! There's still plenty of time to get a hard hat and build something amazing!

Hi Everyone! We are up on defcon.social now!

Awesome job @AsahiLinux team! Got my M2 Mini up and running with HDMI output this afternoon. Thanks for all your hard work.

@kismetwireless After about a week, I haven't run into any more issues.

2023-07-13

@kismetwireless Wanted to report back that upgrading from bullseye release to bookworm git seems to have been successful. The only hiccup was that I had to dpkg-reconfigure the WiFi capture package to fix setuid permissions. I'll update after a few days testing in the wild.

2023-07-09

@kismetwireless ok, thanks. I almost updated one of my systems, but noticed the repo wasn't working. I'd hate for someone to not notice and be left with a broken system.

2023-07-09

I'm seeing inconsistencies between the @kismetwireless documentation and the actual repo when it comes to Debian Bookworm. There is no release repo and the git repo is missing arm64. The docs say that both should support amd64 and arm64.
