Der Helpdesk unterstützt als zentraler erster Anlaufpunkt bei der Orientierung im umfangreichen Angebot der insgesamt 40 Forschungsdatenzentren von @konsortswd. Außerdem dient er als Wegweiser beim #Forschungsdatenmanagement und bei der Archivierung von #Forschungsdaten.

At #HMC_con2025, Emanuel Söding presented the results of the 1st NFDI Metadata Workshop: All 26 NFDI consortia participated and agreed to
1. promote the three cross-disciplinary standards: #DCAT, #DataCite Metadata Schema, #schemaorg
2. work towards an NFDI core metadata profile that identifies mandatory fields of these three
3. recommend registration and at least annual curation in #re3data

Oliver Koepler gave an insightful talk at @ESciTage on data management in INF projects of collaborative research centres. Building on the experiences of #SFB1153, #SFB1368, #TRR375, #SFB1333, and #SFB1127, his talk provided insights into the challenges, solutions and successes of the INF projects and showed how the INF projects contribute to the further development of RDM infrastructures.

Susanna Weber gave an excellent keynote talk to 400 participants of @ESciTage. She presented the Data Stewardship Network at @uzh in which 40 data stewards support researchers with their disciplinary rdm knowledge. The Data Stewardship Network connects data stewards, builds their expertise and creates a community of practice. In her insightful and entertaining talk, she made it clear that Data Stewardship is an investment into good science.
