@Iamsaltytrash that's interesting, about food. I wonder the same! The only thing Ive come across so far in relation to food and BPD is that sugar isn't helpful, but I don't know how much evidence there is for that. I have fibromyalgia too and am going to try to implement a different diet this year with less sugar, so I'll see, I guess.

@Iamsaltytrash borderline buddies! I see some using BPD for BiPolar so I thought I'd better clarify in case😂 and yes, it's super rewarding. I think having DID(discovered a year ago) and also having had CPTSD for many years weirdly prepared me for the work I need to do with BPD😁
