The best way I can describe it:

Was like putting my face beneath the water surface, entering a space resembling a photo with a dramatic cool filter. Nothing could be heard, not even silence. Just the figure and its action.

It was an elderly man casually and properly dressed pacing with face towards the floor back and forth. He kept doing it until I decided to go back to sleep, which I did.

At 8,

I had my first paranormal experience.

I saw a spirit, aimlessly pacing at one end of the bedroom.

This is my grandmother response the following morning after telling her:

— "He comes here every night. I have no idea what he wants" 🙆🏽‍♂️

And that was it.
No follow-ups.
Nothing.

@Yosoone I actually don't read anything . I tried but just cannot. Yeah let's just sit and have a "talk" That's actually the core reason I created the podcast.

And that you can transcend a frequency even if it hasn't been fully mastered.

ie. haven't learned everything that frequency holds.

And maybe most importantly...

I realized that you can be dragged down to lower frequencies as long as you haven't completely learned everything what a specific frequency has to "teach"

The conscious journey continues...

Had another spiritual upgrade yesterday!

With every minor and major spiritual breakthrough, my awareness and intuitive skillset gets an upgrade.

This time...

I became aware of, and learned to control, my movement up and down what I call the frequency stairs. (It "looked" like stairs to me)

I also discovered that..

Each frequency can be considered a "pocket reality" containing what needs overcoming.
(Plus other things I've haven't indexes yet)

Spiritually ★ kids are the best, and worse, thing that happened to me! They are pure unconsciousness expressed - teachers insistingly ever-present in your face until you catch on to what needs dealing with. Whenever I do, the relating behavior magically vanishes, like it never even was.

An imbalance in giving and receiving—Burst my bubble ★

That triggered me

Yesterday I saw a couple of posts on being weak that I found unsettling.

The "x-is-not for the weak" post type—it triggered me hard.

So hard that I enacted a scene with my toddler
That thaught what weakness is ★

Weak is having the resources and conscious choice to do the right thing, but choose to not to.
