Hamburg hat als erstes Bundesland ein spezielles Abschiebelager für Geflüchtete eingerichtet, die nach der Dublin-III-Verordnung das Asylverfahren in einem anderen Europäischen Staat durchführen müssten. Das „Hamburger Abendblatt“ (28.2.) beschreibt das Lager als eine leer stehende Halle, in der „Trennwände (…) für etwas Anonymität sorgen“ sollen. In den vergangenen Tagen wurden bereits die ersten Personen ins Lager verlegt.
