A student success story: Ayed recently competed in his very first Jiu-Jitsu tournament and proudly brought home the gold medal! Ayed has also saved some of his Eid money and has donated this money to support a water well in a Nigerian village. He has as a result has provided drinking water all year round to the village!

A student success story: Rosie does drama at Let’s Act, and in the Easter holidays she performed in both her own class’s performance of Grease and a different class’s performance of the same show, but playing different roles with only a few weeks of rehearsal time. She’s also working towards her Grade 2 Musical Theatre LAMDA exam in July! An amazing achievement.

A student success story: Henry has recently trialled and been successful in gaining a place on the Yorkshire Eggchaser Sevens Rugby Academy. He has also just completed his third annual rugby tournament with Doncaster Knights U12s and his fourth rugby season. A tremendous effort!

A student success story: Kyle and his rugby team recently completed an 8 mile walk from Castleton to Mam Tor and back to raise money for the upcoming Leeds Rhinos rugby tournament at Butlins. Despite 22°C heat, blisters, tough climbs, and carrying heavy bags of drinks, Kyle finished first, completing the challenge in 4.5 hours. An amazing effort!

A student success story: Umar and Andrei, as part of their Scout group, took part in the ‘One Million Trees Challenge’ this March. This fantastic initiative has helped Doncaster earn the title of ‘Tree City of the World’ for its work in protecting the urban ecosystem. A special mention to Umar, who showed incredible dedication by taking part whilst fasting for Ramadan. A fantastic achievement!
