@0x47df My interest in AI lasted about a month early last year. Got Llama installed locally, 96GB RAM in my PC, found it to be wonderfully good at conversation, but then it hallucinated so much when I talked to it about stuff I know about, and it was really convincing. This put me right off and I just stopped using it.

I just use Gemini or ChatGPT very infrequently now, and have a PC with way too much RAM haha.

Before you all go and buy a pair of them, I will warn you that they are power-hungry, so will probably sound a bit shit straight out of a phone or laptop. Get a decent DAC/Amp though and you'll be laughing!

The ChiFi IEM landscape is truly bananas; it seems there are new earphones coming out weekly, but at least they're innovating and trickling the tech down to lower price points.

I'm currently listening to some jazz through my HiBy R6 Pro DAP (Tidal via Roon) and some new KZ AM16 IEMs which have 8 Balanced Armature drivers in each earphone.

They sound GREAT - like best I've heard since getting into HeadFi 20 years ago, and were only £35.99 GBP delivered from AliExpress.
