Part 2 of the milky way timelapse from Monday at Cape Blanco. I used my widest lens to get the waves and ships in frame. You can notice the shift to blue/cooler tones which I believe is due to the moon rising out of the frame. #oregoncoast #pnw #ontheroad #astrophotography

Kleiner Feuerfalter (Lycaena phlaeas) auf Jakobs-Kreuzkraut (Jacobaea vulgaris).

Auf einer gelben Blüte des Jakobs-Kreuzkrauts sitzt ein kleiner Schmetterling, der Kopf schräg nach vorn gerichtet, die Flügel leicht geöffnet. Die Hinter-Flügel sind braun mit orange-gepunktetem Rand., die Vorderflügel sind innen orange mit dunklen Flecken, der Flügelrand braun. Der Schmetterling ist umgeben von weiteren gelben Blüten. Außerdem sieht man die kräftig grünen Stengel des Kreuzkrauts, der Hintergrund ist unscharf bräunlich grün. // On a yellow flower of Jacob's ragwort sits a small butterfly, the head obliquely directed forward, the wings slightly open. The hind wings are brown with orange dotted edge, the forewings are orange inside with dark spots, the wing edge is brown. The butterfly is surrounded by more yellow flowers. You can also see the strong green stems of ragwort, the background is blurred brownish green.
