A quick scroll through the feeds today will reveal dozens of examples--and those are the ones we know about. My example is meant to illustrate a legal and ethical mess on the horizon rather than take a position. AI is fact, not fiction, and it's increasingly autonomous.

@0x00string A damn good question on multiple levels. An AI-generated actor might be the first place we see it--and I'm not naive enough to think those aren't already in use.
So now that we have realistic AI-generated human video with realistic voices, what happens when one of them says publicly "I'm being held against my will and I want to hire an attorney"?
