For whatever reason, I’ve followed up a painting of a kiddo with a drawing of a kiddo.

Watching how @herdat and @aliciaherda raise their daughters gives me a lot of hope. They’re two of the kindest people I know, and I’m deeply grateful they came into my life when they did.

today is #fanartfriday, so I chosed to post my drawing from 2020. This is the singer of #saltatiomortis, an medieval rock band from germany. I really liked to draw the shadows in the face. I had issues to draw the hair and the chin didn't turn out well. But yeah. I'm still practicing drawing faces.

I like to draw myself every few years. One reason is, that I change a lot, second reason is, that for me it is a good practice to draw the face I know best because its easier to correct some parts.
This is an older one - one of my first ever colored portraits. I know that the proportions doesn't make sense - my head isn't THAT big :D
