@nicklockwood this is annoying. And an example for the case: when developers sees easier way to make some feature they will use it regardless of other possible side effects

Just for fun created a small app which we are currently using in family. Exchange voice messages but with a twist: playing voice message immediately in the push even if app is not opened on the screen. Using voices library to play message coming soon.
