Take note. Every time a Federal judge rules against Trump, Trump claims "the judge is usurping the President's power."
That's just not true.
Judges determine whether the POTUS exercised authority granted by the Constitution or Congress. If they exceed authority, Judges rule accordingly. Judge's don't "usurp" the President's power, they enforce Constitutional & Congressional limits.
That's how separation of powers works.

On this day in 2014, police officer Timothy Loehmann killed 12 year old Tamir Rice—a Black child—in 1.7 seconds as Tamir played in a park.
People often talk about those 1.7 seconds—but forget about the 4 minutes. After Loehmann shot Tamir, he refused to let anyone get near him for 4 long agonizing minutes. Precious time that could still have saved his life. That child lay their gasping for air and Loehmann just watched him die.
Loehmann was acquitted of all charges.
Injustice upon injustice.😓
The recent revelations (that we all basically knew) that some of the largest MAGA influencers on social media are paid trolls from other parts of the world is exactly why I don't debate these Internet bros online.
Their goal, their purpose, their dopamine hit is to get you to waste your time. Just like Toni Morrison said, the very purpose of racism is distraction.
Don't fall for it. Stay focused on your mission to demand justice and accountability. Let the trolls scream in their echo chambers.
As a lawyer let me remind y'all that "UN-indicted co-conspirator" is not a legal term. It is a made up term to demonize Muslims, immigrants, & Black & brown people—simply anyone they want to depict as scary & dangerous.
An indictment requires "probable cause." "UN-indicted" means there wasn't even probable cause of wrongdoing. So when they attack Zohran for taking a photo with an "UN-indicted co-conspirator" they're pushing racist & bigoted propaganda—not facts. Recognize & reject it as such.
Zohran Mamdani marched into the Oval Office and, without blinking, made clear that the Israeli government is committing genocide with funding from the U.S. Government. He said while standing next to Donald Trump, moments after calling him a fascist, and staying unwaveringly committed to his message of affordability for all New Yorkers.
How Zohran campaigned is how he's leading as Mayor Elect. This is how you build trust. This is how you build movements committed to justice.
This is the way.
Every single one of the 86 Corporate Democrats who voted to "condemn socialism" & was in Congress when Biden used taxpayer money to bailout the banks, supported Biden using taxpayer money to bailout the banks.
They believe in socialism for the wealthy but rugged individualism for the working class. MLK called them hypocrites, and for good reason.
Marjorie Taylor Green has been in Congress since 2020 and is resigning as of Jan 5, 2026. And I just want to point out one thing.
She spent 5 years in Congress attacking the left—and never feared for her life or safety to any level that would make her resign.
She spent 5 weeks mildly critiquing the MAGA right and the backlash was so severe she is resigning.
5 years of antagonizing the left resulted in no action. 5 weeks of criticizing the right resulted in resignation.
That says it all.
