I ordered that new Switch Gamecube controller about a month ago, and on the 5th, FedEx delivered it to the wrong address. I've been talking with Nintendo customer service about it, and they told me that a replacement would be sent out by the 18th. I didn't hear anything from them, so I just called them back, only to learn that they only just yesterday started their "investigation" and that it'll be at least another month before that times out and they consider sending me a replacement. -_-
