During the pandemic I decided to finally take up running.
Went to Run Big Island for a proper shoe fitting and wound up with a pair of Saucony Omni 20.
Then I set out to train for a 5k race. On my first practice run I wound up going 11k.
I don't run much now,but I still wear Saucony Omni shoes.

@mk30 Also, I've over 2000 dives in Hawaii waters and Moku ola is the only place I've seen a particular sea creature. I was doing an underwater clean up and thought it was a child's plastic toy, but when I grabbed it to put in my bag it moved!

@mk30 I was diving Puhi bay and saw a large concrete pipe that goes way out into the ocean. Not sure but I think its the sewage treatment out fall pipe. Also noticed a nice big hole in it near shore so maybe its not used anymore. I hope.

Inspired by the conversation on #german medical #cannabis regulation. I am a medical user and I think maines model where cultivators “caregivers” can sell directly to patients. It’s more of a New England farmers market mentality. I made this video to show the medicine I can get with this model that are very hard to find in any other model.
To clarify, Acapulco hold is not rare, but AG grown this well is extremely rare here in the states. I couldn’t use 80% of it as medicine.
