Woke up with Fuego in my head, now doing a little digging to find an epic version to listen to on my way to work. Not that my commute is anywhere long enough for an epic Fuego, but it's the energy I want for this final Friday of the school year. (Next week is only 4 days, and half days at that; W00t!).

@Holberg Here on Japanese TV they regularly run portraits of people in their 90s that are running shops, restaurants or work in their craft.
Of course they are not as crisp as in their youth, but they all radiate that deep satisfaction of someone that does exactly what they always wanted to do and they are not going to stop until they die.

Happy to report that the day made a complete 180-degree turn and when I greeting my class this morning with my voice back in full, it was like finding my muchness again! Probably helped that instead of 25 kids I had like 18, or it was singing along with New Speedway Boogie on my way to work like it was a prayer, but either way I'm gonna take the win.
Saw a headline about MSG making a comeback...and my first thought was not the additive. I was wondering why the rest of the headline was wondering if it was ever bad for you.

Hey #phish friends. My husband has a question. About an hour ago, he was listening (on XM Phish) to the Portland 9/12/99 2001->YEM, it was the soundboard. He is perplexed and cannot find the show. Wants to know if it was an archival release he missed?

I’ve been back in the US for almost a decade, and I just had a moment in a parking lot where I forgot what country I was driving in and got upset at a driver who was not driving in the Japanese way. Guess I’m still shaking off those cold meds it’s gonna make for a fun day at school.
@BEK97 I was really struck by the point that JM was basically a Grateful Dead cover artist playing in a restaurant, lol. Kinda sums up my feelings about them now.
