"we've found a new way the LLM is evil!!!!!"
"is the LLM evil or did you just tell it to act evil again"
"... told it to act evil"
@jerry whenever my cat does that, i say he is being the perfect gentleman.
@da_667 I had a 27" LG 720p TV hooked up to an 11" 2011 MacBook Air for a media station forever. I accidentally cracked the shit outta the Air screen and eventually I noticed the battery bulging so much it warped the chassis. RIP MBA. Still have the TV. Enjoy your new toy.

Hello everyone! Iβm proud and honored to introduce my very first academic white paper through SANS, which discusses the nuances and needs for planning for #ransomware in OT / industrial networks. https://www.sans.org/mlp/ics-ot-malware-and-ransomware/?utm_medium=Email&utm_source=HL-Global&utm_content=1468901_Simple_Framework_Whp_image&utm_campaign=ICS_OT_Malware_Ransomware_2025&utm_rdetail=Global&utm_goal=Leads&utm_type=Global_Campaign&is=be394332d8ab70db9bb29b280bd08c2899042252f80b48f1e01cd5b75d22b1c1

@JenMsft stack overflow
Look, this alone will start a fight but if your FOUR YEAR BACHELORS DEGREE basically only gets you an array of CompTIA certs up to CySA+ and you don't understand Zeek or ELK or learn how to write Yara or Suricata signatures, or how to set up a VM lab, and you don't come out genuinely understanding computer science foundations like network routing protocols or operating system foundations like the registry... I am Deeply Concerned.
@Alice vitamin c is a hell of a drug
New episode: 155 Kingpin
In this episode, we delve into the multifaceted career of Joe Grand, also known as βKingpin.β A renowned hardware hacker and computer engineer, Joe has been exploring and manipulating electronic systems since the 1980s.
I know this is EXTRAORDINARILY BAD TIMING but I am writing it to pin to my profiles.
So, I do a lot of stuff. I work in critical infrastructure. I volunteer operate career clinics. I teach and speak on the topics. I have not tooled my life to become wealthy by any means - I try to do ethical and interesting stuff.
Leaving X two years ago really hit my ability to be able to reach audiences. The hard fact is, I use the money I make on side gigs like commercial speaking to be able to do community stuff and run a free conference.
49/50 people reading this are not the target of this message. If you happen to be a security leader in an organization that hires speakers for security awareness, security education, or niche cybersecurity events - you can hire me! It's an important part of my ability to do more outreach, especially now with a massive and costly move.
If you are looking for a speaker in the next year, I have a easy to work with agent at https://www.leadingauthorities.com/speakers/lesley-carhart
My commercial prices are negotiable. I do not charge for community speaking. I cannot currently speak commercially in Australia and I am personally eating the cost of travel to the US for engagements.
Plenty of examples of my talks in bio and on YouTube!
@Alice im sorry but I couldn't resist the urge to prove that we're both monsters π―
@Alice I just realized I did the exact same thing with my new phone case. Like, right as I saw this. In the same color :β -β |
