Problem with Cyd is that it has limitations. If you pause the backup process, it can't resume after application/computer reboot. So before you start the process, make sure to be able to keep the computer running for a longer time period (up to several days).
Also for a larger account, it might take up to a week to get all of the data. That is largely because of the rate limits that X puts to fetching data of your own posts.
Start by requesting data export from X user account settings. After a ~24 hour delay, you should get a notification email from the service that data export file is ready for a download.
After downloading that zip file, Cyd can use that data as a starting point for the more accurate backup process.
If you want to get rid of old Twitter/X account, Cyd is your friend. Cyd https://cyd.social helps to make better archives of your past tweets, including public data that is not included on the “data export” zip file of the service itself.

#OnThisDay, 24 Feb 1968, Jocelyn Bell Burnell - along with her male supervisor and three other men - published a paper confirming the discovery of pulsars. She had built the array, picked up the signal and argued it was not an anomaly. Hewish received the Nobel prize for it in 1974: Bell Burnell did not.
In 2018 Bell Burnell received a £3m prize for her work. She's used it to set up a foundation to improve the diversity in STEM.

"The objective of the project was to explore methods for leveraging 5G technology to enhance the visitor experience at the Nokia Arena event venue. Thesis was commissioned by Nokia Corporation as a part of larger Design Sprint process. The project centered on optimizing the food ordering process for individuals with reduced mobility to facilitate improved services during events.
Service concept for in-arena goods delivery allows event attendees to order food and drinks directly from their own mobile devices. Delivery robots are used for the food delivery. 5G wireless technology is to be used for the connectivity and indoor navigation of robots.
The findings contribute valuable insights and expand understanding of the associated concepts. Although the project's practical scope was limited, the report offers recommendations for future research and perspectives to consider in the design process of prospective systems. At a broader level, it also introduces tools and methodologies for the planning and design of digital services within physical environments."

Suspect a large part of the future will be "AIsbestos Removal".
Asbestos was a wonder material which was going to revolutionise the world. Only then we discovered just how carcinogenic it was.
And now, every day, we have to gently unpick it from the urban environment.
How many companies will belatedly discover that a load-bearing process is actually riddled with AI? Then they'll have to pay to carefully remove it without any further environmental damage.
Hence AIsbestos.
