I was around the shore, near Palazzo Ducale in Venice, and saw this gondola. I took the photo right when the gondoliere was in line with the little pier. The day was sunny and warm, not too hot. Proximity of sea, or being actually at sea, makes the weather milder, more pleasant. Venice is a beautiful place, one of its kind.

Zatrzymaliśmy się w Sydney w drodze do Nowej Zelandii i odwiedziliśmy Wild Life Sydney Zoo. Koale i kangury są dla nas, Europejczyków, czymś naprawdę egzotycznym, ale zachwycił mnie ten motyl w tropikalnej części - tak kolorowy i na szczęście nie ruszał się 😅

We stopped in Sydney on our way to New Zealand and visited Wild Life Sydney Zoo. Koalas and kangaroos are so exotic for us Europeans, but what caught my eye was this butterfly in the tropical section - so colorful, and luckily it stayed still for a photo 😅

Minęło 11 lat odkąd odwiedziłem Sea to Sky Gondola w Squamish w Kolumbii Brytyjskiej w Kanadzie. Nie byliśmy tam długo, ale ta wizyta pozostawiła we mnie ślad. Piękno i spokój tego miejsca były dla mnie wówczas niesamowite. Zrobiłem tam kilka zdjęć, za jakiś czas się nimi podzielę. Zaczynam od tej, małej ławeczki, z której widać piękne lasy dookoła.

It’s been 11 years since I visited Sea to Sky Gondola in Squamish, British Columbia in Canada. We were there not for long but that visit left a mark in me. The beauty and serenity of that place was at that time incredible to me. I took a few photos there, I will share them in some time. I start with this one, a small bench from which you can see the beautiful forests around.

Ten piękny zachód słońca miał miejsce w pobliżu Sirmione położonego w południowej części jeziora Garda we Włoszech. Było wczesne lato, powietrze było świeże i robiło się coraz zimniejsze. Było cicho, wracałem do samochodu na parkingu i zobaczyłem małe molo. Z niesamowitym niebem nad nim stworzyło piękny widok.

This beautiful sunset took place near Sirmione located in the Southern part of Lake Garda in Italy. It was early summer, the air was fresh and getting colder. It was quiet, I was getting back to my car at the car park and saw this little pier. With the amazing sky above it created a beautiful view.

The temple is dedicated to Dewi Danu, the Balinese goddess of lakes, rivers, and water. It’s is an important site for offering ceremonies to ensure the fertility of the land and the prosperity of the crops, particularly rice. The temple complex features traditional Balinese architecture with multi-tiered meru (pagoda-like shrines). The most notable of these is an eleven-tiered meru dedicated to Shiva and Parvati - you can see it on the left side of the photo.
