On 10 May 1940 N-- Germany invaded the Netherlands. In 1941 all Jews in the Netherlands were required to register with their local authority. Then all the Dutch were issued brand new high tech identification papers.
Jewish papers all had big Js on them. The N--s had clerks draw up dot maps showing where Jews were living. Restrictions were made on where and when Jews could shop. Finally the Jews were rounded up and shipped to the d-- camps. 1/

Petruchio: Why, this was moulded on a porringer; A velvet dish. Fie, fie! 'tis lewd and filthy; Why, 'tis a cockle or a walnut-shell, A knack, a toy, a trick, a baby's cap. Away with it. Come, let me have a bigger.

Soothsayer. Caesar!
Caesar. Ha! who calls?
Casca. Bid every noise be still: peace yet again!
Caesar. Who is it in the press that calls on me? I hear a tongue, shriller than all the music, Cry 'Caesar!' Speak; Caesar is turn'd to hear.
Soothsayer. Beware the ides of March.
...
Caesar. He is a dreamer; let us leave him: pass.

My sister Kristin exposing my nephew to an #FolgerLibrary Shakespeare First Folio, at the Kansas City Library in 2016.
I didn't resign. I've been in my position since 2011, so I am out of my probationary period. If I can stay employed till March 26 I'll have done 20 years of public service. I took an oath to uphold the constitution and I still believe in that oath. There are quality checks on my work monthly and I undergo several performance reviews a year. Most of the new hires were meant to fill positions which had been left empty for years due to hiring freezes. I am not an official spokesperson for anything.
