Our payment process believes they have fixed the period issue with our ticketing site. Apparently, they found an issue with how our account was configured regarding Mastercard acceptance and fixed it.

@FlohEinstein Here is the design. it will be a white t-shirt with our logo on it as you guessed. It would probably be simplest for you to buy an extra t-shirt when you check in. I'm concerned the other method would be lost in the shuffle. We're also thinking about setting up a web store but I can't promise it will be up in time. But we will have a POS at the check-in desk for those that want extra shirts.

As you are grabbing your tickets for our two day conference in a couple of months note that each of the workshops requires their own ticket, in addition to the conference ticket.

We have not been able to pin down the reason behind these unexplained payment failures in our payment systems during our testing. We've decided though to open up ticket sales to everyone. We are working out some kinks in our new ticketing system, then as soon as that is all sorted the tickets will go on sale. Remember this year is a two day event.
