100% agree. That is coming soon though. Microsoft has had vendor lock’in for the last 30 years which guaranteed engineering dollars (drivers, software, testing) spent by OEMs to support Windows. SteamOS is breaking the grip of Microsoft though. If Microsoft is too slow to react, SteamOS will become entrenched for gaming and that will guarantee engineering dollars are spent on SteamOS support (again, drivers, software, testing), which will upstream to Linux. At that point, 3rd party hardware, peripherals, and software will be targeting SteamOS and Linux. OEMs will have already spent engineering dollars to support their hardware in SteamOS (and Linux), so they wouldn’t hesitate to start shipping Linux machines to the big box stores. It’s Microsoft’s market to lose though.

I really want to set up a store front for my eBay store using WordPress and potentially WooCommerce but I'm also not wanting to completely destroy my wallet in the process. I'd love to be able to show all of my trading card sales from TCGPlayer too but I know they have a locked down API. Is this asinine or would this help drive buyers to my products? I want to expand past TCG and into board games too. Help?

Got #OpenStack running on @rockylinux this past week. Still gotta get the networking established but it's done. Next, is to see the comparison of installing it on @almalinux for analysis for my job! The time of Almalinux at <redacted> is (hopefully) nigh!

@nixCraft Sadly, this is how I recently setup #XDMoD on a Rocky 8 system running php8... like last week. It'll have to run that way until XDMoD gets updated to run a newer version of php and/or a newer version of Rocky will let us utilize dead php versions

Finally got #XDMoD running after fighting my departments vs. users vs. school mapping. Wrote a #python script to do the heavy lifting, but the leg work was a lot of me... anyway, think I'm gonna go for a walk.

Wrote a #python script for shits and giggles tonight to make a wallpaper from the #magicthegathering card images downloaded by #Forge. I think I like these the best so far
