@arstechnica My guess is that something similar happens for American's playing . They pick up specific terms and pronounce them the same way as their Australian teammates.

Why US hockey players often speak with “fake Canadian” accents

They don't want to sound Canadian, but like a hockey player—a "linguistic persona."

The surprising data behind supercentenarians

If there is a Dog Heaven, what must Bobi be thinking as he gazes down? Bobi’s place in the record books seemed assured when he died in October at the age of 31 years and 165 days — more than two years older than his closest rival for the title of the oldest dog who ever lived. au levain and chocy thingos. . Tried a different butter, Truly. It tasted good but shattered easily. Also tried a new proofing set up. Using a heating mat (for seedlings) had the croissants on their baking pan on a rack sitting in warm water in a pan on a heating mat, with a temperature gauge at 25C for 6 hours. A long proof probably gave it a bit too much sourdoughy taste.

au levain and raisan cinnamon thingos. . Started to use a heating pad to do the overnight proof. A lot better than the hot water in the oven method.

Question. I want to use to render image but the image is not locally hosted. renderImage only seems to work with locally hosted images. Is there a work around?

@mizuo It doesn’t. The trick is proving in a warm/humid place so the time is reduced and your bread is not overwhelmed by the sourdough taste. This bread is actually quite sweet because it has honey in it.

@juter I used my croissant dough recipe but with plugar butter because i wasnt worried about layers. The rest was a king arthur recipe but with a cream diplomat recipe which i got from the interwebs.

Second go at these. My math suck, what is 24/3 anyways? No one knows. My engineering also needs work.

@ZachWeinersmith Economics. A production function only makes sense in one direction. How much sheep are needed to make a jumper?
