I really wanted to like this book, but it’s just very unclear who the intended audience is, or even the general thesis. There are some standouts, but the quality of contributions felt mixed at best. I’d be hesitant to recommend this book, even for those interested in a more intersectional and liberationist veganism.

If you think about it, people who dismiss space exploration by comparing it to colonialism are really telling on themselves. Because they're showing that they don't oppose colonialism based on its actual harms, like genocide or ecocide (which wouldn't occur in space exploration). Rather, they merely object to the *aesthetics* of colonialism and imperialism. Their leftism is purely based on vibes.

With #Syria back in the news, a lot of grifters able to redeem their reputation for being stopped clock on Israel/Palestine are about to re-reveal what absolute shit stains they are, and why they absolutely need to be permanently ostracized by leftists and anti-imperialists.
