Just to be clear this was intended to be a pun about your heart rate being in zone 2. You’re both right, there are lots of lovely places in London to run outside the square mile.

I keep seeing advice that if you want to improve your endurance for longer runs then you need to spend most of your time in zone 2. But I’ve looked at the map of London and zone 2 is not somewhere I want to be spending hours of my life…

I typically haven’t worn headphones unless I’m going out for more than 2 hours, mostly because I’ve found them more annoying than my own tedious thoughts :o).

Apparently they do a swimming version too and they might work on the bike as you can still clearly hear the traffic. They could be a triathlete’s dream come true :o).

I borrowed my wife’s new Shokz headphones for my parkrun sandwich this morning and they were great!

Okay, the sound was a little tinny (probably needs calibrating for me), but they didn’t fall out / move (like AirPods) and I could hear cars, bikes, and “nature” (unlike cans).

When I open this GitHub comment I'm expecting to find all the whitespace removed and any needless words omitted :o).

Personally I’d not feel comfortable driving a car which was not guaranteed to arrive…

TFW they are about to announce the winner of #Eurovision and the TV decides to switch itself off and you can’t find the remote control!
