At the lab there’s finally a breakthrough. Champagne! Gary shouts. A bit premature but it gives everyone a reason to laugh. Let our collective breath out. These past months have been a pressure cooker with no steam release. Constant status reports delivered. No discernible progress noted. Grimacing overseers with how-long-do-you-expect-us-to-pay-your-salaries-you-useless-buggers glares.
