See this is why we need apps like #inkscape to support CMYK. The registration of that cyan channel in this printed drinks menu is bonkers. Either your CMYK process needs to be extremely fine or it should have used just one ink (probably black) for the text.

Though even the photos of drinks look blurry on this menu, it's much more noticeable in the text which degrades legibility.
