I’m not much more tired than I would be otherwise. It isn’t all self-inflicted from late night ADHD brain finally getting into gear, still I could be more alert (lion’s mane mushroom supplement is good for that, most of the time).

Partly in the hopes of some more visibility, at the somewhat sad expense of over 4k posts, I’m transferring my account. Assuming I have the brain to do it soon.

Stayed up late on the jewels game. It’s nice to find a playable one, though Candy Crush gave me a bonus to get past the level I was stuck on, still I got stuck again. I’m now taking maybe 15 tries with some levels on Jewels Magic, still it’s fun and most levels are easier. Shame about the sleep.

I’d like to talk about the health and how it feels, about Griffin’s characters, my own and the writing (hence the blogs), my cats, discovering I’m a medium and animal communicator, the mess this house is in. I seem to post into the void wherever I go, as if something doesn’t resonate.

I don’t engage enough perhaps, idk. Burnout’s in the way of keeping in touch and when I bring something up like that, the reply can be minimal. They get it, but they’re busy and anyway things have changed.

There’s things I want to talk about that, of no great surprise, no one else is interested in.

Griffin, for example, I miss, which is annoying cos he’s not my friend. He’s out there living his life and not posting much to social media, good for him. Except something was posted that I’m curious about, but is personal (still, the other person posted it). I don’t want to be detailed cos I want to keep that line, but still.

Also, I’m yet again so hecking bored, too tired to do much.

In our current Western society, most people have been taught to see value only as monetary value.

Can the result of your creativity be measured in dollars or euros? Then it has value.

Oh, you're not selling lots of your books? Why bother?

It takes knowledge of the creative process to value it for more than just money.

I believe the biggest value of creativity lies far beyond money.

Seemed printer didn’t like the version of Mac OS, having said it would, and now it does. All I’ve had to do was clarify which was an Ethernet cable, which is nice cos I’m wiped.

They feel close to it, otherwise just a few days ago before everything changed.

New printer is on its table, though table is wobbly and its wheels fall off easily when it’s moved. Printer isn’t likely to fall off, just don’t lean on it. Setup needs my help. I’ve barely been fully awake/alert for six weeks so that might be fun.

Once again, being the weird mom in the school parking lot, urging a bee to get out of the car telling her “you can do it” and “good job”

Sapphy is so keen on my lentil crisps, I gave him one. Jasper wondered what he was missing so I let him sniff one, but he doesn’t like them. Sapphy growled as Jasper approached, but Jasper bounded off to run up and down the stairs for a moment.

We have a lot of new people on here, so this is my desperate plea for the pedantic people on Mastodon to pause before responding to anyone's post and ask yourself:

Is this actually funny?
Am I adding value?
Do I REALLY need to say this?

I think that additional check should help welcome the new people and make Mastodon a better place overall.

Was looking at Jason Segel’s IMDb earlier and in his headshot photo he’s looking into my soul. In photos of Griffin, he sometimes does too. I do not know what, if anything, is behind this. I can guess it’s something to do with the universal consciousness, I think that’s the term. Frequencies, memories perhaps, that kind of thing.
