Argos claims they didn't send someone out to grease up my cross trainer and have it still be a noisy piece of shit. I contacted Argos, they sent someone out. They say the manufacturer sent someone out. Looking at the cross trainer it has an Argos logo printed on it.

Companies skirting responsibility behind technicalities and thier policies and procedures while we just have to somehow deal with it is complete bullshit.

I'm so angry with the person who structured this part of the site this way.
