I switched from Apple Music over to Spotify in April 2024, so it’s missing about 4 months worth of data… but I don’t think it would’ve dramatically changed the results.

I did a bike ride on my Peloton today, first one in over a year. I’m going to see if I can get back in the habit again before the end of the year.

It’s not much… but it’s not nothing, either.
