We will explore why organization design alone is not enough and what other management principles we tend to forget but are key to an adaptive and effective organization!

Two weeks to go for the FastFlowConf! I'm lucky to have my talk "Team Topologies is not enough; you need a management model to match!".
🤓 In this talk, I will rant - sorry - present some ideas about why organizations cannot unlock their full potential, even if they try to adopt flow-based approaches, such as Team Topologies. They need to change their management model and ditch some preconceived ideas from a predictable and stable world.
