After a lot of hard work carefully cutting the cabinetry with my dad, I finally have a heat pump dryer installed.
Wanted a HP because I'll be running it a fair bit in winter due to humidity + balcony direction

Also thinking I could replace the pendant light in my dining area with another GU10 array.
I have a spare, that light isn't attached very well, and it would help light my living room
Ikea's discontinuing an older version of this GU10 coloured smart bulb, so I managed to get 6 for only $30!

Created a script that allows me to refine a frollo export into several CSVs I can import straight to Actual (free budgeting software)
Eventually I'll extend it so I can update Actual more than once or twice a month
Every republican who posted about "forever wars" is an idiot, because their guy just put them in another one
Last night I was busy cleaning the living room and I completely forgot that Fakevox was on my favourites playlist. Still really sounds ahead of its time https://youtu.be/hHM7ZDLNj1A
A bunch of Andor season 2 was shot here, and more of the buildings are real than I thought. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/City_of_Arts_and_Sciences#Buildings_and_structures
Just finished the finale of Andor season 2, man that was a good show. Crazy just how real and lived in it managed to make the Star Wars universe feel
Really don't like how an aunt's boyfriend keeps bringing up corporal punishment and no one seems to say much against it. There's something really fucked up about him
#Notion might finally be at the stage where I can properly export it.
Had to delete some columns to get here, losing some data in the process, but this is a good sign.
Most of it is going to be recreating rollups of rollups, which Notion never natively supported because they couldn't prevent circular references
@DarkestKale Oh yeah it's pretty lazy at doing that
@DarkestKale Do you mean like automatically linking pages? That's kind of meant to emerge from your own work. The global graph view is mainly a pretty thing to look at. Local graph view is more useful imo https://help.obsidian.md/plugins/graph#Local+Graph
You could make a formatter that grabs all the file names, then loops over the text in each file and make them internal links
@DarkestKale Took a bit to wrap my head around how I would recereate tasks + reviews from Notion, but I got there recently after playing around with Dataview + Templater.
Bases (databases) will be coming at some point too, which covers the biggest feature I was going to miss
@DarkestKale Yeah I've spent a bunch of time in Obsidian lately, and been trying to move more of my stuff from Notion to there.
I don't know how someone can claim to know the usefulness of every minor technique in a game that's been out for like 5 days, especially when it's a casual game like Mario Kart
I've now seen people describe childhood in the 90s-early 00s as Huckleberry Finn-esque. Maybe mobiles/the internet weren't ruling life but video games and home media were huge, and car centric cities were around way before that.
It's either nostalgia goggles or zoomers making shit up
@obsurveyor That sounds plausible, but like was that mentioned anywhere?
Turns out this isn't just limited to issues or the git wiki.
I can't view source files in the browser or download zipped versions of source.
Also branches, commit history, and pull requests all require an account.
This is really bizarre for an open source project #Blender
Genuinely don't know why I can't view Blender issue pages without logging in now. I was even checking the site the other day? https://projects.blender.org/blender/blender/issues/136817
@DarkestKale Which one though?
