@WeirdWriter the best way is to notify them of accessibility problems (as you did) and give them time to correct. if they still have those issues after a while, they need to give a reason in their statement why it's not possible to fix.
I only know the German implementation of the European Accessibility Act (EAA) and its specs are incredibly vague. as a webdeveloper who is currently working on this it's not a lot of fun. but I think it's important.

@WeirdWriter companies have an accessibility statement in their footer because it's required by EU law now. came into effect a few weeks ago.

@mike I got live at leeds when I was 18 or sth. My mom had read an article about a guy who listened to that album every morning and still had not gotten sick of it. I listened to it a lot, didn't go quite that far though. It's pretty much a perfect concert album.
