Ever since first seeing The Mask (...and every subsequent time I saw The Mask), I saw myself in Carrey like in nobody else. His energy, his expressiveness, wit, timing, and that absolute MOVEMENT.

This plus all the hallmarks of ADHD I had previously recognised in myself...yeah. Overeating, overthinking, (edit) over-editing, forgetfulness, word troubles, forgetfulness, phobia of repetition, intensity, presence, speech, spiraling...and also finding out late in life that I pop-lock like a MOTHERF-

For a little while, I had considered, then dismissed, the idea I had #ADHD, because psychiatrists, being psychiatrists, were REALLY into their Not Enough Not-Crazy Pills Disorder.

For that same reason, when I went homeless, I went 100% blank slate: no more neurospice diags, there is nothing wrong with my head.

Anyway, I found out today that Jim Carrey had ADHD.
