I should have done this a long time ago, but I only had wool yarn on hand. This bamboo sock yarn is perfect for the purpose. And it doesn't matter if my dyed hair stains them pink!

I have half a mind to decorate the top of the headphones with the same yarn, but I don't know what motif... My embroidery skills are limited. Anyone have ideas? #visiblemending #repaircafe

A pair of grey noise cancelling headphones with very worn out foam pads. The foam is peeping out of the split and peeling faux leather. One side has been repaired by wrapping it in pink and red yarn. The other side is a third of the way done, a trail of yarn still attached to a needle. The ball of yarn is pictured next to the headphones.

NASA's NuSTAR and ESA's XMM satellites confirmed that matter orbits near light-speed around a black hole in NGC 1365, supporting the Kerr solution to Einstein's Relativity. This validates theories on black hole spin rates and the role of accretion disks.
