Made my own #chicken #kebab and plated it up with #rice, cooked in water with veggie stock and onion. Slightly baked #onion and Roma #tomatoes and made a salad of cucumber, bell #pepper and Kalamata #olives.

Been a while since I've cooked a nice plate of #food.

Fun market, but the noise and flashing lights were a bit too much for me.

Roadtrip

When I built this large bed in my #garden two years ago, the gardener who helped brought very bare ground for free. Very awesome, but now after two years of adding #homemade #compost finally the first #mushroom appears 😍

Planted 3 buckets of #garlic today. One without compost, one with cow shit, one with compost from my own bin. You shouldn't add too much. So let's see which one works the best.
