Then, visit them and check in with them throughout the seasons and notice how they change.

Touch. Listen.

As you notice changes in the trees, I suspect you will notice changes in yourself and your connection to the world and to nature and vice versa.

Trees can heal, if we notice them and allow them in.

because unless your firewalls admin login page is exposed, youve reduced the number of potential attackers from "the internet" to "insiders".
