@acf this usually happens to me after upgrading to an new device. Then the „media demons“ will do their magic on my 35k iCloud Photo Library and eventually calm down after some days 🤷🏼

@mattiem @ronniew half of the problems are trickier in SwiftUI but a no-brainer in UIKit: focus state and navigation all follow common patterns.
AVPlayer can endlessly customized or subclasses. Not recommended but works and sadly everybody does so the UX differs in details in almost every app.
Indeed aTV is mainly a gloried media streaming box (+ HomeKit hub), pick any weak spot of iOS (e.g. App Store, background processing, multi-user support, Siri) and they are multiplied there.

Almost succeeded to not update any device to os 26, except the #appletv 4K - which now refuses to play audio/video after wake-up. #reboot

IYMI, our latest update brings one-click image background removal. It’s all done locally, on your device, using Apple’s Vision APIs. Super handy for quickly cutting out…well, anything.
