Ja es hilft zu wissen das man seine Arbeit gut macht, so denke ich auch.

Maschinen sind wir nicht und genau das ist wichtig, obwohl es oft nicht so dargestellt wird.
Gefühle machen uns aus und sind auch enorm wichtig, bei fast jeder Arbeit, denn man hat mit Menschen und nicht mit Maschinen zu tun

Du teilst dir das gut ein
Mach weiter so und denk in erster Linie an dich

Ich verstehe dich so gut Hope, in allem.
Im Moment will ich wieder eines meiner Telefone zerstören.
Der Stresspegel macht mich fertig.
Ich hab es mir auch angewöhnt mich zu wehren, aber das kostet auch viel Kraft.

Mobbing ist etwas schreckliches, ich hab das nicht so arg. Mich macht dieser unmenschliche Druck und Stress fertig.
Aber wie du schon sagst, ein Neuanfang ist schwierig.
