something that made me smile was when i was looking up info on the band to check I had everthing correct, and this was a guardian review from the time, harsh but fair? you decide:

And tonights #listeningclub was Looper with 'Up A Tree' - a project by
Stuart David of that there Belle and Sebastian. Released way back in 1999. I have vague
memories of seeing a review in NME/MM etc mentioning it was a Belle and Sebastian related release,
who I like, so bought this and I loved it instantly,
the other albums are also worth checking out.
