06/30 for my cold plunge today I realized that I had been putting my hands on my legs. I'm not sure how much a difference this makes but I noticed that I was avoiding cold exposure to my hands by warming them up on my legs. Fixed by focusing on keeping my hands against edge of tub.
I started reading "Get Better at Anything" by Scott Young. I learned that Tetris players bypassed thought to be unbreakable barriers in skill simply by having access to share their gameplay with others via the internet. We learn and master by observing.

04/30 Cold plunge diary. Today, I stayed in for 2:30. I went into this experiment with a bit of a shoulder injury. I noticed today that it is feeling better. I will monitor this and hope that it continues
