@Metamonkey @Vijayvaradharaj I've recently come across a post that has served as a harsh reminder of my excessive reliance on AI and technology over the past few months. This has led to feelings of loneliness, disconnection, and a lack of motivation, serving as a stark example of the negative consequences of AI addiction.

I need a real advise from anyone how to overcome and my current stage of life. Sometime I thought I am not good at anything thought like change the career. It's been along gap for me after graduation over an year. I am not focus on anything now just wasting my time and doing some household chores it's not helping me at all.
I am aloner some friends to speak up but I not have any clarity in live lately.
