@Sunshine unfortunately, this is the weak shit Democrats do. While right wing nut jobs take action, Democrats respond with a strongly worded letter. Congressional Democrats should put their money where their mouth is and designate on if their men’s bathrooms as unisex and ensure Sarah and other staff and visitors don’t get harassed by paying for security or doing it themselves.

Obviously not. It doesn't have to be all or nothing. I can still be distressed about A NUMBER of people facing very hard times.

It is still valid to be worried and angry as a person with empathy, even if is not, in fact, the end of the world.

I wonder if people who say this are really very chill all the time right up until an apocalypse.

The fear within the #trans community in the US is palpable after this recent election. I’ve heard from and responded to many folks looking for refuge or sanctuary in “blue” states that afford shield laws protecting their access to gender affirming care and equal protection under the law. The following map might be helpful in determining where you might go, if that’s even an option for you.
