Well, my #Mongoose #2300AD character management system is now working in #Typst. Sadly I can't make it public as it contains the game's skill list and weapon/armour stats, which is fair enough. But my goodness it makes my life easier: not only a cleaner character sheet than the official one (missing out a whole chunk of stuff like career history, which I feel can go on a separate sheet), but also a GM cheat sheet with a big table of everyone's stats and skills, all generated from the same JSON files of character information. #TTRPG

Another fine session of 2300AD this evening, with our team moving smoothly from negotiating with a potentially civilisation-destroying robot cloud that was obviously smarter than all of us, to venturing inside a possibly derelict and unmanned giant alien spacecraft like a bunch of idiots.

And a fat lot of good my bionic eye's thermal imaging is when absolutely everything in there registers as Bloody Cold.

@DarkestKale That is absolutely not a realistic spacecraft. Which is one of the great things about #2300AD as a setting; it uses its one blatant impossibility to elide all those orbital transfer calculations that are only enjoyed by people like, well, me.
