Day 10

I have finally begun to become accepted as one of them by the island's cats. They truly seem to believe I am one of them.

This week, for Caturday, they invited me to a meeting of the "Cat Council" this weekend at their cabin in the woods. Little did they know that I was ready and here to just listen and see.

Hmm, I wonder where Kiki went. She was here when I got here. And what do they keep laughing about...

Yesterday was Caturday, so I decided to check in on Moduland's Cat Council.

I wish I hadn't. I don't know what is going on, it looks like they may be...summoning another cat to the island? I had to hide for a bit before escaping. I don't think they heard me. But...what is happening?

Happy Friday, folks.

Because I often play ACNH in the evening after work / my kids go to bed, I had set my clock back so I could play with sunlight in the game most of the time. However, lately, I have been playing more often with the game being set to nighttime.

That's when I found this trio of cuties playing with sparklers in the plaza. They didn't even notice me taking their picture. They just kept on enjoying their time together with their sparklers.

So cute. I love little moments like this.

Raymond started off by reciting some of his favorite sonnets from Shakespeare. He finished with Sonnet 145 to some rousing applause from Ankha and Kabuki. Kabuki has some classic haiku lined up ready to read, and Ankha had a small book with "Poe" written in the cover, so I have a feeling that tone is going to shift with her.

The other day I stopped by for a chat with Ankha and she started asking me about my viewing habits.

It came up that others on Moduland had been talking about the fact that I like anime. She's now potentially interested in learning more about anime!
