I liked it, I enjoy "whodunit" stuff like Poirot and Sherlock Holmes.

Sure, it would've been nice if the characters would be mice, like in "The Great Mouse Detective", but this was really nice with humans, as well. 😁

I keep making bad decisions. Encouraged by my enjoyment of the previous movie, I watched #AHauntingInVenice . Surprising choice to base on an almost unknown Christie book (and then hardly following it). I have grown to respect #KennethBranagh's ambition to "do his own thing". The way he uses classic haunted house motifs is effective. But it's all just too wordy, takes too long... it left me bored and unimpressed.

Ich habe mir Kenneth Branaghs neue Poirot-Verfilmung "#AHauntingInVenice" angesehen. Sie gefällt mir gut, nachdem mir die beiden Vorgänger und darunter vor allem "Death on the Nile" nicht gefallen hatten. Damit ist der Film ein Gewinn. 1/3
