It _appears_ that Gigabyte UEFI versions with a letter are pre-release versions, but this is not communicated anywhere as far as I can tell. I'm basing this on the lettered versions leading up to a non-letter release. I installed F33a in Feb and have been having strange issues since. Concerningly this version is gone from the site entirely now. I'm hoping the F33 version improves things.

The offered BIOS download on
https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/X570S-AORUS-ELITE-AX-rev-1x/support#support-dl-bios
are NOT working since version f6 on the X570S AORUS ELITE AX rev 1.1

In my opinion, this is unacceptable for a company like Gigabyte which, until now, always had great standard and quality. It is even less acceptable as, in the manual, the emergency BIOS re-flash is not documented !

Also, I am surprised, as I check the page from time to time and I have seen that, recently, new BIOS version have been release, including 'old' ones. I believe there is a mistake somewhere in the BIOS attachement.
Even more weird, as you can see on the pictures, the motherboard description is EXACTLY the same from f5 to the other versions. I managed to restore my motherboard using a process found on internet (qflash port + qflash button) and, luckily, got my motherboard to work again.

Please update the website ASAP in order to prevent people bricking their motherboard when they have no way knowing it will not work.
